Many babies born with foetal alcohol spectrum disorder (FASD) will struggle with a range of physical and mental problems as they grow into adulthood. Despite these setbacks, it is possible to have a fulfilling and successful life.
Carol Hunter was born in Scotland with FASD, and her story recently published on the BBC website offers hope for mothers and families.
